So I started the NicoDerm patch today and am feel good so far. I am doing something I never tried before and using their website. There is a stop smoking journey, help for cravings, help for stresses and a lot of self assessing.
This is going to be a slow deliberate process, but I CAN DO THIS!!
Thank you Goddess for you love and your help in this very hard decision I have chosen to under take.
