today went to doctor's

so of course being told that my doctor would have all their (shrinks) information by my appointment today, guess what.... NOPE

my doctor is wonderful, the shrinks suggest my Cymbalta be doubled, so he finds out, by going online right then and there that they come in 30mgs as well as 60s so he puts me up to 90mgs for 2 weeks.  then he will up it the rest of the way so it is easier on my system Woot Woot!
