I wasn't planning on posting today

Thursday night at work I flipped my hair, and heard a SNAP, by the end of my shift I could barely sit at my desk.  I had shooting pain in my neck, the muscles down my back felt like steel rods and then the pain moved down my ass (whole lot of that to get through LMAO) and down the backs of my legs!  Came home and had a hot shower and just let it run over my muscles - didn't help luckily I have a great mattress and slept well thank you Advil Nighttime!!

Faith and I had planned on going to one of our favorite stores before I went to work, so when I woke up I slowly sat up and realized everything had seized up (listen folks, old age isn't pretty!) so again I got in the shower and since it hurt to get over the side of the tub to get in to shower I knew I wasn't going to work at all today (Friday).  I met Faith after she had signed her Mortgage papers YEA!! and she left me a message to meet her for breakfast at the diner and it was yummy I wore more than I got in my mouth thanks to the pain in my neck.  We giggled and laughed as we always do I was just happy she didn't take pictures this time!!
We headed up the mountain to White Flame Candle company for their big Spring sale.  My dear friend Rhonda's store and her very hunky fireman boyfriend was their too, did I mention he is a fireman??? HOT!
Anyway he is very intuitive and helped out with the crystals we were looking at.  I am a stone freak!  One day I will take a picture of all my stones and crystals and prove this, as a child I would break out the bottom of my dresser drawers because of my collected rock collections Pissing off my parents! I soon learned to fix the drawers my own damn self LOL Anyway HOT FIREMAN! So with Faith right there with me, not always a good thing, Gary picks up that I really need something for grounding and he shows me the Rainbow Obsidion stones they have a light shadowy rainbow through it and read me the properties
  1. stone of truth
  2. makes a strong shield of protection around the wearer
  3. excellent grounding stone helping to release negativity and to stabilize.
  4. connects mind and emotions
  5. absorbs and disperses negativity and reduces stress
Faith said I should buy a case of them LOL she is a funny girl!! Not so much but she knows me better than anyone.  I was looking at some pendulums, like I need another one and was trying each one and none were really speaking to me and Gary (HOT) points to one and said I see you with this one.  Who am I to argue, so I pick it up and OMG'S didn't it feel right, it listened to me and was vibrating like Crazy when I held it in my hand.  I am pretty sure it is made from Flourite, but don't quote me on this. Flourite is also a stone for giving balance in one's life.  Purple Flourite opens up the psychic centers of the body. Intuitive!
I looked around the store and I got some sage, cinnamon and cedar votive candles and Rhonda's dad, Ron Pavlovich is a master chandler. As of November 2008 there were seven worldwide. He is one of two in Canada had just made some wonderful tall Goddess pillars excellent price and on sale!

So we go out to cash out, thanks for the stuff Faith!  Love when she takes me shopping after she gets her bonus!  Anyway Gary keeps looking at me like he is the big bad wolf and wants to devour me, OK so that is where I am dreaming but he keeps looking at me, comes over and asks if he can hold my hand Rhonda and Faith are howling with laughter because I think I might have said something like he could hold any part of me he wanted *blushing, both of us* he closes his eyes and says, I see you with a super seven around your neck!  WTF is that you ask?  Because I know I did.  I found a blog which explains it better and the picture is better than the one I could take of the little stone. http://onewitchsway.com/2010/04/crystal-wednesday-super-seven/
The reason that the stone is called Super Seven is because it contains seven different minerals within it; Amethyst, Cacoxenite, Goethite, Clear Quartz, Lepidocrosite, Smokey Quartz and Rutile. OK make sure to check out the blog for more information on this lovely stone.  Ok here are the pictures...

Full Moon Weekend of fun!

Is there anything better in this world than sitting outside under a big bright moon around a fire?  Yes doing it with people you love!  Fran and I went to Shannon's this weekend, picked up Jenni on the way, got there and met another of their old friends Amanda who was a very interesting person!
In a short time of actually knowing them, (I have heard about them all for sometime now), I have grown to love Jenni, Shan and their families very much.
I feel so at home there, since the 3 of us share a lot of the same aspects of our own mental illness' it is funny to watch Fran as the 3, this time 4 of us all talking at once and interupting each other and then laughing.
If I haven't mentioned in a while, Fran is the BEST!
We 4 witches sat around and enjoyed the night air, the fire and the burning of sage, sweetgrass and lavender in Fran's new/used brass/copper caldron washing away the negative spots on our bodies with the smoke and enjoying each other's company.  I listened to the 4 old friends talk about their lives growing up together and the problems they encountered and the fun and pain they shared, it was wonderful.
We went Sunday morning into Barrie to meet up with Fran's friend Liz, well she sort of helped in raising her so she wanted us all to meet her and her husband and 2 grandchildren.  I met Liz on our last visit when I took Fran to see her but knew she had stuff  to discuss so I waited in the truck lol Liz wasn't pleased with that but understood Fran needed to talk to her personally at that time, anyway, Fran had decided to treat everyone to a wonderful brunch HOWEVER LOL Liz beat her too it and had told them NOT to accept Fran's money LOL it was so funny.  I almost cried when we left, Liz hugged me and thanked me for bringing 'her girl' and I was just so happy I could do that for them both.
I never want to leave when it is time to go, I love them all and they make me feel normal and loved, but at least I get to bring Fran home and I have the benefit of her friendship at home and sadly they have to wait until next time she goes, or we go and that makes me sad because they are such good sisters... I am new to the group but wow have they ever made me feel like I belong and have been apart of their lives for many years.  It is like I have found a place my soul just feels comfortable.  Not to mention, for the most part we all understand how the other feels due to each of us have very similar mental illness.
We are Sisters, Witches and Friends!!!
We will never be lonely when we have each other in our lives~~~
