Self Esteem

this is a subject I totally suck on!  for some reason I seem to think I have no selfworth without a man in my life.  Now I know for a fact this is wrong and I have picked myself up and gotten along with life so many times but for some reason I have never gotten over looking at myself as a short fat stupid  ugly woman who has no worth other than being the mother of my 2 sons.  which is a wonderful thing to be but I need to relearn my thinking to start seeing myself as others do.

This is my goal for this week... more to come on this.

It's funny you should write about this (not funny ha-ha, but ironic) because my sister (the one who just passed) always needed validation from a man otherwise she felt the same way. It was frustrating for us to watch her like this because when she didn't have a man she glommed onto us and was fun, then as soon as she met a man it was as though none of us existed. It doesn't sound like you are like that, but what I'm getting at is I'm glad you've realized this personality trait and I hope you can delve deeper into it because I think in order to love someone else, you must love yourself. How about enjoying more time with the wonderful women in your life and get some companionship that way?

your personal mantra: i am a beautful goddess, i am a beautiful goddess, i am a beautiful goddess....

What a wonderful goal. One everybody should aim for. I'm one of the lucky (delusional) Aries who has enough self-esteem to drive her friends crazy. We should hand out together and balance each other out.

Happy Oz Day!

Oh my sweet friend, you are so complete without a man in your life! You are a very sweet, talented, caring, giving person. Grab up a favorite tea and a cheese danish work on your creativity, read a book that you have been wanting to read, write in your journal/BOS, watch an old movie. Most of all love yourself, get to know yourself, be good to yourself!
I love you!

Good idea - the only reason for most men in our lives is to make us look even better in comparison. ^^
