Anxiety Attacks are BACK.........
With my move only DAYS away now the anxiety attacks are back and stronger than ever. One of the groups online I belong to, saved me today along with my oldest son. He came over in the pouring rain to try to calm me sadly it didn't work but made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
Back to the group, I asked that people send me healing energies, prayers etc to get me through this. Two of the members and I went into a chatroom and Melanie led me through a wonderful visual meditation it was so good I could feel the grass, smell the flowers and my feet actually felt Cold stepping into the shallow river to take my stress away (only part that freaked me out is I was wearing a spring DRESS WTF? I do not wear dresses) She explained this was my inner Goddess therefore a dress. While I was meditating another member was doing a distant reiki treatment on me and wow did it feel AMAZING! I felt so great and relaxed I had to take a 2hour nap lol
Now I was asked what Reiki is so here is an explanation;
What is Reiki?

A Brief Overview
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life.
Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.
While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommended that one practice certain simple ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony, which are nearly universal across all cultures.

Do not know what to do
I have said before about my oldest son is bipolar and has ADD, ADHD and is OCD. I did the hardest thing I have had to do as a mother and deleted my oldest from my Facebook. My Mom had commented on his FB, got to work and Faith emailed me "have you seen Mike's kingpin profile picture?" So I signed in and GASPED! There as his profile picture was a Swastika! I froze, I know he has been hanging around some sketchy people but by birth he is 21 he is really only maybe 15-17, but he knows what that flag is! That's right he put up a Nazi flag!!!!
I was so freaked out I deleted his profile from my facebook, now I have his normal FB still, yeah I know why in the heck does he have like 4 profiles? I have no clue. I have asked him to remove it, his cousin demanded he remove it and it is still there. I am just so disturbed, I don't think he is taking his medication which can lead to so horrible things when you suffer from Bipolar. Truth be told, I am very scared for him right now, but he is 21 and I have to let him live his life as he sees fit but I sure as Hades do NOT have to like it! He is suppose to help Faith and I move this coming weekend and I am not sure I even want him here unless he shapes up.
Am I wrong? I need your advise dear friends!

Boring Posting lol
Today was spend packing and I swear it looks way worse than before, only a few precious days left until the move. Friday April 29th we move Faith, Saturday April 30th I move!
We have friends coming to help both days it will be so wonderful to see Jen and Shannon, my loving witchy sisters it has been soooooo long since we have spent time together!
I will have phone and internet and TV on May 1st. Good thing it is just downstairs for my move, I hate moving soooooooo much!!

Packing, Tossing out and What makes me Happy
So today I realized I have a grand total of 3 more days (not including today) to finish packing! I have not panic'd yet but it is coming I am Positive!
I am trying to be more positive since some crap went down at work with people I THOUGHT were friends, ending up blocking, deleting and setting high privacy settings, more about that another time.
Mike came over today and he took stuff to the basement so I could go through more stuff and was feeling GREAT about what I was purging and keeping UNTIL, we opened the storage room. HOLY SHIT BATMAN!! where am I going to keep all of the Yule, Samhain decorations and trees?? Where will I store the stuff we only use now and again? I don't know...
I am like the wind, just breathing through this until it is the weekend of next week when we move and then I will deal with all of this, or I will be using the basement which we aren't suppose to do.

TALLADEGA BABY!
So yesterday was one of my favorite races of the year, Talladega BABY! I was so excited!
When I woke up I looked outside, it is SNOWING then Sun, then 3 minutes later, Sleeting, then sun, the wind is so wild then snowing again then rain! Just craziness!!
I was so busy going through my cross stitch stash for the move in 12 days! Keep some give some away, put patterns with patterns stitched but not framed together all over dyed threads together, dmc together, fabrics together you know what I am talking about.
Anyway, today will be more of the same and Mike will be over to start taking things down to the basement so they are out of the way for boxes, yesterday he calls saying he will be over to help then tells me he hasn't slept so I know all we will do is fight because he is tired so I tell him to go home and sleep come back today rested to help me out.
So I go to bed around 2am and BLAM I wake up thinking I have slept a good 6 or 7 hours but NO! it is not quite even 5am, the news isn't even on yet GRRRR going to try a tea and go to bed again.

| Lastly, an amazing cross stitch designer, mother and friend. Lisa Roswell of the Primitive Needle. She died in a flood earlier this year and my goal as a designer was to go to Market to actually meet her in real life. I know she followed one of our paths, her designs and pictures I have seen of her gardens and home made me think she may have been in the magikal closet so many live in still. She would have been a delight to have at our dinner! |

feel like Ass
Today I feel like shit and don't give a shit. Just Sayin' thinking of giving up on daily blogging for a bit or until I get everything around here packed and cleaned. I would love to thank my kids father for the boxes from his work. So, now I need to pack and to hell with my back will have to take everything down myself as Mike has a new interest and Joe has Cadets, Ashley work and his dad's to worry about. Never and I mean NEVER borrow gas money from your kid, it will be the worst thing you ever do EVER!!!!

DeClutter, Packing and Just Crap
I have been reading an excellent book, Magical Housekeeping by Tess Whitehurst and wow it is awesome!
With moving in 19 days, I have now started to declutter and minimize my stuff!
Now Son #1 was suppose to come over and help, however it is a case of more...

I have a tiny blackhead on the lip line of my bottom lip and it is fcuking killing me! I have tried breaking it, but it will not pop!!!
Hoping to find my damn glasses, I found my old ones, but they do not help at all, already tried them! Going to try a spell I found online hopefully it works!

Egyptian Amethyst Chevron!!
Found the actual stone in my new pendulum!!

I wasn't planning on posting today
Thursday night at work I flipped my hair, and heard a SNAP, by the end of my shift I could barely sit at my desk. I had shooting pain in my neck, the muscles down my back felt like steel rods and then the pain moved down my ass (whole lot of that to get through LMAO) and down the backs of my legs! Came home and had a hot shower and just let it run over my muscles - didn't help luckily I have a great mattress and slept well thank you Advil Nighttime!!
Faith and I had planned on going to one of our favorite stores before I went to work, so when I woke up I slowly sat up and realized everything had seized up (listen folks, old age isn't pretty!) so again I got in the shower and since it hurt to get over the side of the tub to get in to shower I knew I wasn't going to work at all today (Friday). I met Faith after she had signed her Mortgage papers YEA!! and she left me a message to meet her for breakfast at the diner and it was yummy I wore more than I got in my mouth thanks to the pain in my neck. We giggled and laughed as we always do I was just happy she didn't take pictures this time!!
We headed up the mountain to White Flame Candle company for their big Spring sale. My dear friend Rhonda's store and her very hunky fireman boyfriend was their too, did I mention he is a fireman??? HOT!
Anyway he is very intuitive and helped out with the crystals we were looking at. I am a stone freak! One day I will take a picture of all my stones and crystals and prove this, as a child I would break out the bottom of my dresser drawers because of my collected rock collections Pissing off my parents! I soon learned to fix the drawers my own damn self LOL Anyway HOT FIREMAN! So with Faith right there with me, not always a good thing, Gary picks up that I really need something for grounding and he shows me the Rainbow Obsidion stones they have a light shadowy rainbow through it and read me the properties
I looked around the store and I got some sage, cinnamon and cedar votive candles and Rhonda's dad, Ron Pavlovich is a master chandler. As of November 2008 there were seven worldwide. He is one of two in Canada had just made some wonderful tall Goddess pillars excellent price and on sale!
So we go out to cash out, thanks for the stuff Faith! Love when she takes me shopping after she gets her bonus! Anyway Gary keeps looking at me like he is the big bad wolf and wants to devour me, OK so that is where I am dreaming but he keeps looking at me, comes over and asks if he can hold my hand Rhonda and Faith are howling with laughter because I think I might have said something like he could hold any part of me he wanted *blushing, both of us* he closes his eyes and says, I see you with a super seven around your neck! WTF is that you ask? Because I know I did.
